The main production process of polyester monofilament mainly includes one-step production process and two-step production process. Among them, high-speed spinning and high-speed drawing and twisting technology is a typical two-step process route, which is the most used process route for the production of polyester monofilament. It is characterized by short process flow and high production efficiency. The spinning speed of high-speed spinning is 3000 ~ 600m/min, and pre-oriented yarn (POY) can be prepared.
At high winding speed, the fiber has a certain degree of orientation, and the structure is relatively stable. Drawing and twisting is an essential process in the production of polyester monofilament, which is called secondary forming. Stretching makes the structural unit of the fiber obtain stable and stable orientation, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the physical and mechanical properties of the finished fiber.
The one-step process of producing polyester monofilaments uses 8, 10 or 12-hole spinneret to complete the process of spinning forming, primary fiber drafting orientation, fiber heat setting and winding on the same machine at one time, and the monofilaments are obtained on the coiled silk cake. After the winding monofilm cake is divided by the yarn dividing machine, the polyester monofilm fiber is obtained.
